Getting phone calls from "Virtual PC Doctor"

"I'm calling from Virtual PC Doctor about your computer. We think it has been infected with a downloaded virus"

These guys are good... next time I'm going to let them go through the whole scam to see what they want me to do!

I hope it's something cool like running a command to give them terminal access or something!
